How to Renew Online
Log in to your Cape Playhouse account.
If you have ever purchased from us in the past, you already have an account! There are two ways to login:
- Enter your 8-digit Customer ID (found on your 2016 renewal form and in your season renewal email) or
- Enter your email and password. If you do not know the password, select “I don’t know my password” at the bottom, and an email will be sent to you, allowing you to set a new password. You must use the email address attached to your Cape Playhouse account.
Once logged in…
You will see a message like this at the top of the screen. Click “pay now.”
You will then see a list of your previous transactions. Near the top of that list, you will see an order for your 2016 subscription package. Click “Pay now.”
You will then be able to enter a credit card payment, and you’re all set!

Box office hours are noon to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. PLEASE NOTE: The Cape Playhouse Box Office closes for the season on Saturday, September 19.
