We hope that this guide is helpful to answering questions as well as providing important information you may need later in the season. Our team here at The Cape Playhouse looks forward to meeting you, and to begin another wonderful season of theatre!
Become A Cape Playhouse Club Member
When you join The Cape Playhouse Club as a Member, you are provided exclusive access to the artistry of the talented team that creates the shows you enjoy. When you become a Patron, you are invited to meet the Broadway actors in person at intimate receptions just for people like you. And when you join the Producer’s Circle, The Cape Playhouse is your summer theater playground. Memberships start at just $100. Every donation is tax-deductible, and supports the artistic and educational activities of The Cape Playhouse at the Cape Cod Center of the Arts.
As subscribers, you are the first to choose your favorite seats before tickets go on sale to the general public.
The Cape Playhouse does not offer refunds on any ticket purchases. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat choices. If an error has been made or you are unable to use your tickets, you may contact the Box Office to see if your purchase is entitled to exchange privileges.
Subscribers have the benefit of exchanging tickets within a production free once per show. There will be a $10.00 per ticket fee for each additional exchange. Super Subscribers (Members at $100 and above) have unlimited exchange benefits. Individual ticket purchases are not exchangeable.
Subscribers may exchange their tickets one time per show free of charge; there will be a $10.00 per ticket exchange fee for each additional exchange. You may only exchange your ticket to another date of the same production, not into a different show. Only Super Subscribers (Members at $100 and above) may exchange from one production to another. You may be subjected to an upgrade charge if you choose a more expensive seat or performance, however we will make every attempt to seat you as close as possible to your original seat location. Please note that the upgrade charges must be paid at the time of the exchange. Subscription ticket exchanges may be made up to 48 hours in advance curtain time. To alleviate seating confusion, please return your previous tickets to the Box Office at the time of the exchange.

In Person: The Box Office is open Monday through Saturday from Noon-6pm and an hour prior to every performance through the first intermission thereafter.
Donate Your Tickets for a Tax Deduction
We hate to see empty seats! If you cannot attend a production, please consider donating your tickets back to the Cape Playhouse for resale. Simply notify the Box Office that you are unable to attend your performance in advance in order to receive an acknowledgement for a tax-deductible donation equal to the value of your current tickets.
Lost Subscription Tickets
If you have misplaced your tickets before a performance please call the Cape Playhouse Box Office at (508) 385-3911 or visit our Box Office, we would be happy to replace your tickets. Please consider picking up your tickets at least fifteen minutes before your show to help avoid lines right before curtain time.
